This policy covers payments made on creators.egrocify.com for annual platform subscription / campaign access and related creator-program fees.
1. Digital subscription (annual access)
Platform access is a digital product activated after successful payment. Because access and campaign tools are delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once your account is activated, unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Egrocify in writing.
2. When a refund may be considered
- Duplicate or accidental charges for the same subscription (proven via payment reference).
- Payment captured but platform access was never activated due to a verified technical fault on our side (after we attempt to restore access first).
- Unauthorized transactions reported promptly with bank / JazzCash / EasyPaisa evidence.
Campaign earnings, commissions, and negotiated campaign fees are separate from the platform subscription and follow campaign / payout rules shown in the dashboard — they are not “subscription refunds.”
3. How to request a review
Email creators@egrocify.com within 7 days of the charge with:
- Registered name, email, and phone
- Payment reference / transaction ID
- Date and amount paid
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, or an equivalent method we confirm with you.
4. Expo VIP Pass
The Free Expo VIP Pass is a complimentary benefit of activation. It has no separate cash value and is not refundable on its own.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may delay resolution and can result in suspension of creator access while the dispute is reviewed.
